Meats

* On average, one person will eat about 12 ounces of meat in a buffet setting with two or more sides. One 1/2 pan serves about 15 - 20 people.

Beef Brisket - $160 per 1/2 pan

Pulled Pork - $145 per 1/2 pan

Pork Belly Burnt Ends - $145 per 1/2 pan

* On average, one 1/2 pan will serve approximately 20 people in a buffet setting.

Corn Bread - $30 per 1/2 pan

Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread - $36 per 1/2 pan

Mac Salad - $30 per 1/2 pan

Potato Salad - $30 per 1/2 pan

Baked Beans - $40 per 1/2 pan (made with ground beef and smoked sausage)

Mac & Cheese - $40 per 1/2 pan

Cole Slaw - $30 per 1/2 pan


Full Service Catering

* Full service catering includes buffet setup & teardown, all disposables, chafing dishes, and two servers to replenish trays as needed for up to a 2 hour service window. Please note we do not provide or serve alcohol.

+ $12 per person for additional meat option

+ $3 per person for each additional side
